Effective from: 13 July 2026

1. Introductory provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator – MUDr. Marek Filippi – and users of the me&you platform.

1.2. Operator:

1.3. User means any natural or legal person using the services of the me&you platform, including couples planning an event.

1.4. Platform means the web application available at www.meandyou.wedding providing tools for planning weddings and other social events.

1.5. By using the me&you platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

2.1. me&you is a platform for planning weddings and other social events. Creating an account is free.

2.2. Every new event automatically starts with a 30-day free trial giving full access to all planner features, with no payment details required to begin. Planner features include:

  • Interactive seating chart editor
  • Wedding timeline and tasks with reminders
  • Budget and expenses tracking, wedding calculator
  • Manual guest list management, RSVP tracking and guest surveys
  • Planning together with your partner or a coordinator
  • Wedding website with digital invitations
  • Bulk communication with guests
  • Photo and video uploads by guests
  • File and document storage

2.3. After the trial period, continued access to these features requires purchasing one of the paid plans described in section 4, or the event will lose access as described in that section.

2.4. The operator reserves the right to change, modify or extend the features offered, including without prior notice.

3. Registration and user account

3.1. To use the full range of services you must create a user account. Registration is free.

3.2. You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account.

3.3. When registering, the user must provide true and current information.

3.4. The user is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity on their account.

3.5. The user must promptly inform the operator of any unauthorised use of their account.

3.6. There is no minimum age to create an account, but users under 18 should use the service under parental supervision.

3.7. A user may only have one active account.

4. Free trial and paid plans

4.1. Free trial: Every event receives a 30-day free trial with full access to planner features, starting from event creation.

4.2. Card on file: During onboarding the user selects a plan and may save a payment method with the Stripe payment gateway. If a payment method is on file when the trial ends and the event has not already been purchased, the operator will charge the selected plan's price automatically so access continues without interruption. The user will be notified before this charge and can cancel or change plans beforehand in account settings.

4.3. Prices: Planner features are offered in three paid plans, each as a one-time payment per event (prices may vary by country; VAT included where applicable):

  • Basic plan: €19.90
  • Plus plan: €39.90
  • Premium plan: €69.90

Prices may change in future; existing purchasers will not be affected.

4.4. Activation: Plan features are activated immediately upon successful payment, or automatically at the end of the trial as described in 4.2.

4.5. Validity: Access to the purchased plan's features is provided for the chosen event with no time limit.

4.6. No further access without purchase: If the trial ends without a plan purchase or a valid payment method on file, the event loses access to planner features until a plan is purchased. Data entered during the trial is retained and becomes available again once a plan is purchased, subject to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

4.7. Payment methods: Payments are processed via the Stripe payment gateway. The operator does not store users' card details.

4.8. Tax documents: After successful payment the user receives a payment confirmation to the email address in their account.

5. Additional purchases

5.1. Guest media storage: Each event includes a base storage allowance for photos and videos uploaded by guests. Additional storage may be purchased as a one-time add-on, billed per gigabyte in USD, via the Stripe payment gateway.

5.2. Additional purchases are one-time payments and are subject to the same withdrawal terms as paid plans (section 6).

6. Withdrawal and refunds

6.1. No refunds: Purchases of paid plans and guest media storage add-ons are one-time payments and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6.2. Statutory right of withdrawal: Under consumer protection law, consumers may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a request to info@meandyou.wedding with your name, email and order number.

6.3. If withdrawal is valid under applicable law, the payment will be refunded to the account from which it was made within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal.
